2TPY/Ageing scrpt not working

hey guys, i recently reinstalled the game and mod and went to change the turns per year to 0.50 and delete the Ageing Script (left the end_monitor) and neither seem to be working, i've tried re-installing stainless steel and cant figure out why it doesn't want to be working. Thanks for your time.

Remove the "end_monitor" too
