    Perhaps this is all an elaborate ruse, and the Invasio Barbarorum team is just one overweight middle-aged guy from 4chan sitting in his mom's basement and trolling us all with multiple accounts that promise to release a new mod.

    Basil2 has done some wonderful work with all the menu loading screens the menu splashes, soon banners etc..Hoping to diplay some of that and ahhh of course the units. Midnight, Basil, Reno with Razors work too, have some historical eye candy to show

    That looks good Btw. as I understand it mods start with the Battle of Chalons am I right? And if so does it mean that playing as Franks or Visigoths you will start with part of your army and your faction leader at the field assisting the Romans against Huns? That would be amazing.

    Yes. I did have that as an actual spawn from IB2 Britannia but took it out for it dictated too much direction of that mods history(or away from the central mods theme) but we will certainly start the mod with this idea for IBFD II. Reno may have this already in his mod

    Great, beside that I was also thinking that it would be amazing to see some kind of roman leadership system like in RTR VII. For example make that only emperors and magisters militium are able to lead the armies on the offensive campaigns outside the roman theritory whithout loosing the command, morale and administrative bonuses. That would made roman campaign much more defensive oriented. Here is link to explanation of RTR system for the case you like the idea:

    Hmmm... the map in the corner could use a bit of work.

    I'm not entirely sure what factions you have in your mod so I threw this together real quick.

    You can probably tell what is what (Red=WRE, Purple=ERE, Brown=Vandals, Green=Picts/Scots, Dark Green=Dumnonia, Light Green=Mauri, Light Purple=Thoringi, Grey=Hun Empire, Orange=Visigoths, Dark Blue=Suebes, Blue=Franks, Cyan=Sassanids, Light Blue=Alamanni, Funky Light Blue=Armorica and Litauia, Tan=Roman Alans, Light Orange=Saxons, Burgundy=Burgundians, White=Eburac).

    Both banners and map looks excelent.

    @MMFA: I just wish I can see so many colours on the map as you do.

    EDIT: Ignore my comment about the colours, I was not able to see the map in the MMFAs post before.
