Need help trying to find data/ui/flags

Hi all.

I've been tirelessly searching on how to find the flags folder under data/ui but unfortunately it seems no one has really done anything like this.
What I'm trying to do is somehow find the bloody hidden folder (I've even tried to hide and un-hide folders in the UI folder but to no avail) called 'flags'.
I've seen it in PFM and ESF but I can't seem to look for the thing and it's really pissing me off. As if I'm being trolled.
Does anyone have any clue on how the hell you get to the flags folder? Help would be mucmuchmuchmuchmuchmuchly appreciated.

It is in data.pack, ui/flag folder. You need PFM editor to open data.pack
