    After several hours of trial and error I have managed to wittle it down and find the folder that buggers everything up. It's the historic_events.txt, this means that the submod will be going ahead but at the moment there will be no bongo event or any special event screens at the moment till I can find ou why it does this. But for testing sake here the folder. I f anyone else gets the crash or doesn't please let me know, again it comes with a warning if it crashes your game replacing it with the original file won't necessarily fix the problem.

    Twili, Sheika, Wizrobes and Ikana just crash before the first turn. Zola do seen to work fine, played around 10 turns without problems.

    Well at least it isnt just me, mabye its a different file for hotseat or something like that, in other news im just ironing out a few problems with the ikana revives and then im hoping to release by saturday at the latest

    If it affects anything, I have tried both a regular campaing and hotseat for each. The results are the same, the ones not working wonīt work in any way, the river zora work in both the regular campaing and hotseat.

    Okay well I'll look into it, thanks @Aleatorio

    Well ladies and gentlemen it's here Tedster's submod v1.0 and my non submod trait balance. With the balance I haven't had a chance to go through every single hero but the starting heroes now should have much better starting stats, i've focused mainly on command and loyalty. For the rest of the submod here's an change log:

    Spoiler Alert, click show to read: 
    - Twinrova twin fusion, Koume & Kotake repace Twinrova at the start of the Gerudo campaign when they are killed they will be replaced by their fused form.
    - Deadhand joins the Stalfos after taking Kakariko, his arms can be recruited from there as well.
    - Stallord joins the Stalfos after taking Arbiter's grounds
    - King Dodongo joins the Gorons after taking dodongo's cavern
    - Infested Mido joins the Gohma after taking Deku Tree's Grove, the kokiri mido will disappear as well
    - Sulkaris restored, when Sari is killed and the sacred forest grove is captured, bug sulkaris will disappear and sulkaris's true form will appear, you will also be able to recruit viridgohma from any of the specialised hives
    - ikana revives, if any ikana hero is killed they will respawn the next turn providing they have Ikana and it s at least 5 turns into the campaign (At the moment they can only revive once each but that will increase each version)
    - more agents, the following factions can now recruit merchants:
    • hylians
    • lanaryu
    • moblins
    • darknuts
    • kokiri
    • lizalfos

    - following factions can now recruit priests

    • Darknuts
    • Fairies
    • Gerudo

    - numerous changes to the building file (A massive thanks to @Geblide for letting me incorporate parts of his submod)
    • the new merchant factions can now build a low level market
    • Zuna units can be recruited in markets, only after they have been absorbed
    • Dodongo caves can only be built if they have dodongo's cavern, but the units can be recruited whenever after it is built
    • subrosians can be recruited from mines
    • the Kokiri can recruit huskus from the forest alliance building
    • Sheikah and wizzrobe can now build the hylian buildings from their techtree's
    • a few other changes I may have forgotten
    • also fixed one or two unlocalised text bugs as well
    • Darknuts can recruut absorbed faction units from their foreign barracks
    • Wizzrobes can recruit acolytes from any conquered hylian territory



    Well there you have it, I would love to here your thoughts and opinions on this submod, bear in mind this is my first one ever and maybe even throw a few ideas at me as well. to install simply open the file till it says Hyrule just place it over the original and it should work fine also the trait balance is included in the submod so you only need to download one or the other.

    If you want the full submod which includes the trait balance, then just download the sub mod folder, and no you don't need historic one it brakes the game if you use it. But if you just want the trait balance and not the submod features then download that one instead

    So, I've already come across a bug.

    For the Gerudo, Koume+Kotake spawn twice, once as the faction leader, and once with the bodyguard being Gerudadorfs. Both of these spawn at the same time and have no names. Because of this, the Gerudo get adoption requests every turn. (Amusingly enough, the first one was age 70, and the second one was age 6) Combined Twinrova spawned a few turns later without the sisters falling in battle.

    Hmmm that's odd, I'm not getting that bug. Th most likely reason could be a problem with installation, if not then something is wrong with one of the name files

    I found some interesting things within the files of your submod.

    I noticed you made images for Olg and Dakkon, and you have event pics for Twilit Veran and two for Una.

    A sneak peak of events to come?

    when does the sheikah event start because I went to death stance and the game crash or are you suppose to wait .

    I was wondering when someone would spot that , and yes they are. But the big thing I'm planning I don't think anyone will be able to guess tbh and for now (until I know it's possible to do) it's a secret to everyone.

    @starwars do you mean the bongo event, because that hasn't been implemented yet, and I can't find a cause for the death stance crash.

    You guys could PM each other the file codes that causes this to happen . Then you can check to see if it is different, It may be a bug, or Moder error.

    For this, you could look through all the File codes that deal with the Sheika and Hyrule. Then you compare those same codes to the codes of an older version of HTW that has a working non-bugged death stance.

    So here is an idea for your mod and HTW as well.
    There are several faction with Militia and natural Defenses. It would be Awesome and great to Incorporate them in to a greater Role.
    So the Idea is some factions spawn militia and Defensive Emplacement when one of their settlements are attacked. This has conditions though, and it varies for each faction.

    An example of this already exists.
    When Hyrule Controls Hyrule Prime. And Some one attacks it, 1 unit of Triforce Vanguards spawn to help defend the City. But the Triforce Vanguards that spawned for the Battle vanishes after the battle.
    I want to expand on this feature to include in HTW all the things like it. It is a Logical strategy for any sentient Race. One that any real person would use.

    So here is my Idea in detail...
    Spoiler Alert, click show to read: 

    For Hyrule:
    1) If any settlement of theirs is attacked, Spawn 1 Town Guard unit for the battle.
    2) If Hyrule Prime is attack while under the control of Hyrule. Spawn 1 unit of Triforce Vanguards for the battle.
    Notes: Read Town Guards. ReadTriforce Vanguards.

    For Faries:
    2 options for #1
    1a) If any settlement of theirs is attacked, Spawn 1 Phantoms of Tarm unit for the battle.
    1b) If one of the Core settlement of Tarm is attacked and it belongs to the Faries. Spawn 1 Phantoms of Tarm unit for the battle.
    2) If a Settlement of the Faries is big enough(Like large town or some thing), And is attacked by an enemy, Spawn 1 Perception Ward units for the battle.
    Notes: Read Phantoms of Tarm. Read Perception Ward from Faction - Fairies of Tarm.

    For Gohma:
    1) If any settlement of theirs is attacked, Spawn 1-3 Gohma Larva units for the battle.
    2) If a Settlement of the Gohma is big enough(Like large town or some thing), And is attacked by an enemy, Spawn 1 Trap Door Gohma units for the battle.
    Notes: The Gohma Are Nummberis and are all Top Preditors who can fight. Read Gohma. Read Gohma Larva. Read Trap Door Gohma on Faction - Gohma.

    For The Twili:

    1) If any settlement of theirs is attacked, Spawn 1 Shadow Insect unit for the battle.
    Notes: Because this unit is kept as Pets by the Twlili people. It is reasonable to assume that the Locals would use them to defend them selves, just like guard dogs. ReadShadow Insects

    For The WizRobes:
    1) If any settlement of theirs is attacked, Spawn 1 Acolytes unit for the battle.
    Notes: Because Acolytes flock to the Wizrobe, And are willing to do any thing for them. It is not unreasonable to Assume that they would be found in any Wizrobe Settlement. Doing manual laber and what ever is needed of them, Which includes Defending the Wizrobe's Churches from Thieves and Raiders.
    Read Acolytes.

    For The Moblins:
    1) If any settlement of theirs is attacked, Spawn 1 Random non-artillery Moblin unit for the battle.
    Notes: Moblins are blood thirsty brutes and are always eager for a fight. There for it is reasonable to Assume that any local Blins in the area would go on the Attack, rether than Hide or run away. Read Moblins.

    For The Labrynna Regime:
    1) If any settlement of theirs is attacked, Spawn 1 Homeguard unit for the battle.
    2) If a Settlement of Labrynna is big enough(Like large town or some thing), And is attacked by an enemy, Spawn 1 Gunner Post unit for the battle.
    Notes: Read Homeguards. Read Gunner Post from Faction - Labrynna Regime.

    For The Deku Tribes:
    1) If any settlement of theirs is attacked, Spawn 1-3 Deku Baba Patch units for the battle.
    Notes: Read Deku Baba Patch from Faction - The Deku Tribes.

    For The Stalfos:
    1) If any settlement of theirs is attacked, Spawn 1-2 Stalfos units for the battle.Acording to the native Popalation.
    Notes: Stalfos have no problem Killing the Locals(Troublesome or not) and adding them to their ranks at any time. Also Stalfos are know for looting Graves and reanimating the dead. ReadStalfos.

    For the Sheika:
    Passibly spawn Soldiers of Agahnim while in Death Stance. If one of their Settlements are under attack.
    Notes: Read Soldiers of Agahnim.

    For the Gerudo:
    Unknown.

    For Ikona:
    1) If any settlement of theirs is attacked, Spawn 1-3 units of The Drafted for the battle.
    Notes: All of Ikona's Civilians are Fighters and they are not skared of dieing. readThe Drafted.

    For The Kokiri:
    1) If any settlement of theirs is attacked, Spawn 1 Minutemen unit for the battle.
    2) If a Settlement of the Kokiri is big enough(Like large town or some thing), And is attacked by an enemy, Spawn 1 Barricade unit for the battle.
    Notes: ReadMinutemen. Read Barricades from Faction - Kokiri.

    For the River Zora:
    I don't think the River Zora would use Militia, Defensive tatics or even try to hold a settlement that they have raided.

    The Darknuts:
    Not Sure.... May spawn 1 unit of young Initiates, that are eager to fight but are still to young to formaly join the Darknut Legoin.
    Notes: The Darknuts are a powerful race that gain honor and glory through combat. Read Darknut Legion. Read Initiates.

    For The Zora:
    1) If any settlement of theirs is attacked, Spawn 1 Zora Blademaster unit for the battle.
    2) If a Settlement of the Zora is big enough(Like large town or some thing), And is attacked by an enemy, Spawn 1 Mage Spire unit for the battle.
    Notes: The Desiples of the Local Blademaster Dojo(whether Civilian or not) are eager fighters and willing to Defend their homes, Instead of running or Hiding.
    Read Zora Blademasters. Read Mage Spire from Faction - Zora Dominion.

    For the Gorons:
    1) If any settlement of theirs is attacked, Spawn 1 Guardian unit for the battle.
    2) If a Settlement of the Gorons is big enough(Like large town or some thing), And is attacked by an enemy, Spawn 1 Bomb Platform unit for the battle.
    Notes:Gorons(whether Civilian or not) are eager fighters and willing to Defend their homes, instead of running or Hiding.
    ReadGorons. ReadGuardians. Read Bomb Platform from Faction - Gorons.

    For Ordona:
    1) If any settlement of theirs is attacked, Spawn 1 Ordonian Farmer unit for the battle.
    2) Maybe, Maybe not. If a Settlement of Ordona is big enough(Like vilige or some thing), And is attacked by an enemy, Spawn 1 Shepherd Flock unit for the battle.(May require the Farm Building.)
    3) If a Settlement of Ordona is big enough(Like Town or some thing), And is attacked by an enemy, Spawn 1 Ordonian Militiamen unit for the battle.
    Notes: Read Ordonian Farmers. Read Shepherd Flock. Read Ordonian Militiamen.

    For The Lizalfos:
    1) If any settlement of theirs is attacked, Spawn 1 River-Runner unit for the battle.
    Notes: Lizalfos(whether Civilian or not) are eager fighters and Skilled Preditors Who are willing to Defend their homes or attack any intruder.
    Read Lizalfos. Read River-Runners.

    For Lanayru Province:
    1) If any settlement of theirs is attacked, Spawn 1 Conscripts unit for the battle.
    Notes: ReadConscripts.

    The Horonians:
    1) If any settlement of theirs is attacked, Spawn 1 Horon Soldier unit for the battle.
    Notes: ReadHoron Soldiers.


    So that's all for now.

    It seems fair. If the Darknut and the other races worship their King like a god. So, why would they not be capable of spreading the views?
    The Fairies seem likely as well. If otherworldly beings descended upon the land of Hyrule, and brought life and death as they proceeded, couldn't people follow them as well?

    Not sure if that's the train of thought. Just something I was thinkin.
