i have been playing some turns now as poland and it seems like a good hotseat but i dont like the mod...
i get dioriented very easy, and i want to leave this hotseat. i can continue to play as poland until you get a New player or someone can sub.

Poland is almost dead, but if you want to give a chance, I don't mind.

PS: I have passed Denmark to yuonyuon because I'm playing in too many HS and my time became very tight.

yeah i can handle 4 hotseats. keeping in mind that i play 2 turns per month .

anyway a slow HS is better than dead HS right . so if anyone agree i will like to join this .

edit: So who is with Poland, Norway and Scotland?? very ambiguous

Another new rule I'm thinking of imposing

is that admins create and keep passwords for all factions. I'm thinking this could be a time saver when a player needs to be subbed or replaced. What does everybody think?

If admin is non-player then I think it's good. I thought of doing that for Ancient Conquest HS when I made it but then I realized wait I have to think of ~15 passwords, ain't nobody got time for that

But you could ask the players to give you the passwords they put instead, if they can, I personally make passwords unrelated to each other to be able to give them to others should it be necessary for whatever reason, and I think it would be good if everyone would do so. I was thinking whether a guide about both admin and player's responsibilities / a hotseating good manners guide should be made, maybe with a better name but I hope you get my point; nothing too complicated, just some things people should keep in mind, their aim being to improve the hotseat experience for everyone / translation: basically make hotseats faster / limit delays caused by "reasons"

I'm gonna take Scotland, but before I play I need to know if I should abandon Dublin and Exeter, they're outside the boundaries it seems, but I don't know if you changed the rules around or something.

Yes, you have to abandon those cities, giving them to a nonhuman faction. We all can expand outside the border but it is against the rule.
