Seems to be no topic yet about this game.

Thoughts anyone? who are you hoping to see announced? Or who do you want to stay out of the series?

Personly I am hoping for Frost. Her story could be quite different this time around. I quite liked that she was not as sexualised as the other female characters, at least not with her main costume. Her second costume was terrible.
She had an interesting playstyle, and she could very much be restyled for the new game.

Seeing how both sub-zero's are dead and the younger sub-zero appearantly didnt get to take over the lin-kuei and ruin it by making it a force of good, I can imagine Frost either being part of the Lin Kuei and fitting right in since she wasnt a goody two shoes, or perhaps being a ninja on her own, having developer her frost powers in a more different way instead of trying to be like sub zero.
Just want her to be properly clothed and not turned into yet another MK skank.

Reiko could also be interesting to see, maybe he could be trying to take over Shao Kahn's role, trying to become the new emperor of outworld.

Ignoring story and just loving the Lin-Kuei and ninja-esque characters, I'd like to see...

Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Reptile, Ermac, Noob Saibot, Smoke, Rain, Chameleon etc
Also, Sektor and Cyrax
I'd also like to see them bring back Skarlet. She was in the last game (I think) but she was a good character and I liked her special moves.

So far I like the stuff they included, the cinematic trailer was excellent except the tedious Scorpion kills sub zero fetish they seem to have (I love Scorpion but it's getting old, why not give him more important role instead of using him as gimmmick or mascot?)

If they continue their course set in IX, it'll be excellent.

Story was breathtaking for a fighting game.

Don't like the environmental interactions at all. Cheap damage with no skill required.

That's not necessarily true. You do have to maneuver for the right positioning to utilize them. But yeah some of them can be cheap as hell.
Reptile in his ninja suit(Reptile Classic) would be the only one I particularly care about. Certainly going to be interesting seeing how much of a new cast they have since they... kinda lost a lot of people in the last one.

Pretty sure enviromental attacks could be turned off in injustice so I assume it will be an option here as well.

So far I am not impressed yet by the new characters I must say. They seem kind of meh. Especially that.. killer kahn was it? seems kind of lame. Cassy Cage seems kind of alright though I gues that bubblegum will get annoying. At least she's clothed though. Hated that sonya didnt get anything descent in MK9.

Really looking forward to characters that where introduced in later games making a come back. It can be a great chance to reinvent them and improve them a lot. Just keep bo rai cho out of it.

You could turn them off for Injustice online battles?

Wait, you didn't like the police-pornstar outfit for Sonya?

Her fatality was great though.

Never played online, fighters are a terrible genre for that. Slight latency can ruin it, and of course the other player spamming moves is the main issue. To me fighters are meant to play offline with friends.

Yeah, I never play them online. The only time I was tempted was with Injustice but I talked myself out of it.

Injustice was amazing though. I really really really enjoyed that game.

I played a bit online there people who destroy you without any cheap spamming or anything, actually you figure out the spammers really easily. The latency was the biggest issue and so annoying.
