The proposal of this unofficial small patch is re-balancing the gameplay of DBM, in the tactic and strategic map. The whole thing is started altering my personal version...
WARNING: NOT SAVEGAME COMPATIBLE
Here you are a list of changes:
A) Campaign Script
Removed Bureocracy
Highly increased monetary bonuses to the IA
B) Descr_strat
Cyrene is now a mere city, not a megalopolis like Alaxandria
Increased starting trasures
Increased the number of units in the rebel settlements (SPECIAL THANKS TO GOTH'S "LITTLE MOD")
C) Descr_regions
Reduced base farming level of all settlements*
D) EDU
Doubled recruitment cost; manteinance increased of the half
Reduced some cavalry charges
Increased power of the chartaginesian Sacred Band (cavalry)
Legion armor reduced of one point
Cataphracts: slightly reduced armor, increased charge (now the legionaries are really afraid of them)
Reduced strenght of slingers except for Baliares ones and Rhodes ones (historical/balance chose)
Slightly reduced strenght of indian armies (charges)
Triarii: reduced attack and charge. Now an extreme defensive unit to the last (as it was)
E) EDB
HEAVILY increased costs of all buildings except for the very base levels. The cost growth is exponential*
Increased free manteinance slots*
F) Descr_settlement_mechanics
Balaced population growth*
Reduced public disorder from distance from capital
Slightly reduced income boost from trade

HOW TO INSTALL
The file is in the attachements:
1) downoload it
2) unzip it in in an empty folder
3) REMEMBER Before of copy&overwrite these files make a copy of DBM folder for safety and, why not, your possible afterthought.
4) Open the main "DBM fan readjust" folder: as you can see the inner folders names are clear. Not difficult; if you are in trouble check the readme
5) Enjoy!
