it's in the equipment model (models.pack) if you want to edit it, it would be the best to download the assembly kit. there it is as 3ds max file

Banners are in models.pack
Go to Rigidmodels -> flags -> textures and modify the appropriate banners and mon_stratbanners with a picture manipulation program. You need a dds plugin.
