    My big question
Do I want Welbeck and/or Balotelli in the team?

Both players got a lot of potential playing as the sole strike in two of the top teams but neither one have proven himself as a reliable single striker in the Premier League.

Well if you have an injured or underpreforming striker then yes you want one of them. If not you can wait a week to see how they're playing at their new clubs.

I currently have 5 flagged players and 0 FT...

77 points! and I'd have had more if I'd actually put Ramsey back when he was declared fit. 1 player left, Tomkins for the whammers, so no goals conceded and score from a corner. Magic.

Naismith (1 point) as captain and Costa (17 points) as vice captain.

Worse for me. When sturridge got injured I replaced him with Naismith, thinking Costa was also out injured. Had the money in the bank for Costa as well .

Apologies to everyone who has Costa in their team, but I have now, finally taken the plunge and put him in, so you can more or less guarantee he will get a real injury now, given my luck so far this season.

72 points, largely thanks to having Costa as captain. I really needed that because my first few weeks were shocking.

I swapped Sturridge for Costa a couple of weeks back, mind you I added Naismith as well and he has done bugger all since I added him. May swap Ramsey for Sanchez too if I can afford to.

48 with Robertson and Vaz Te (I know, I already sent him out for Welbeck) to go. Pretty bad, considering I have Costa, Aguero and Fabregas.

This is a really exciting season with a lot of fine tuning opportunities available.

Right now I got a very heavy midfield (Di Maria, Fabregag, Sigurdsson, Sanchez and Sterling). But I think I might as well could have switched over to a more front-heavy team or divest one heavy hitter in order to get a stronger backline and defense.

So I really like this season as it isn't enough to pull together a template team and then just manage it better than all the other template teams.

Edit: This was much less fun in half time .

    Well.

    I played my wild-card and I lost.

But my squad is awesome on paper.

after a combined 20pt hit AND a WC, my squad finally rules! 43 with Krul to go.

Played my WC week before to swap a bunch and then players got injured so took a -8 hit this week. I figured it is early enough to get away with it and haven't done too badly. I may tweak defence but overall I am happier now - except with Rooney who I have as captain, fancy getting sent off, what a muppet.

50 and I went down in both my leagues! I forgot to check on Friday and left Ozil on and Eriksen on the bench would have been 60 otherwise I think.

Ozil is out for 3 months, time to sell him.

Ahead of you there, I sold him Sunday which was fortunate as I sold him before it was announced he would be out - which probably put a few others players prices up, anyway, he's gone already.

Well I never really considered having him, Fabregas>Silva>Ozil for me. Anyway, who's getting Baines this week?

The fixtures are lovely but they have been horrendous at the back. I will have to wait and see before I do anything stupid. Really depends on if I downgrade a midfielder.

Yeah, I'll also wait for now, I'd have to sell Fabregas to afford him and I really want to keep Fabregas.
