Default Generals to gain XP while garrisoned.

    Hullo!
The feature Divide et Impera in Rome II that makes it so that garrisoned generals slowly gain XP, I really like.
Is it possible to mod in Shogun 2 as well, I couldn't find a mod that did it. But maybe I'm blind (Probably not).

Could anyone guide me in doing this? Is it even possible?

I've looked through many of the Assembly Kit's tables and even created some new unit effects, but gaining XP while staying in town is not possible with Shogun II's available effects. You can add XP to newly created units, but not over time.
Maybe this can be achieved through scripting? There are several lua files, but my programming skills are close to zero. Hopefully, someone else will be able to offer some advice.
    My Mod:
    Shogun II Total Realism
A realism mod for Shogun II, Rise of the Samurai and Fall of the Samurai

Thanks for the reply Destin. Well, it's not fun to hear that it's not easy to implement, or probably impossible.
I often have long periods of peace while my generals rot away in a castle, not gaining any xp, can't they just be studying hard while garrisoned? Thus gaining XP.

    Oh well.
