Getai Hellenic and Roman Reforms

I quite fancy playing with the Getai and as such I wanted to have some reforms for them similar to the ones the Romans get.

Here I have added two sets of reforms:

1. The reforms that "ought" to happen after the Getai conquer a significant (you be the best judge when you think those should happen) part of the Hellenic world and include a extension of the building tree for them and the addition of Phalanx warfare units in the Greek lands in the vicinity of the Getai Homelands.

2. The reforms that "ought" to happen after the Getai conquer a developed roman Italy, allowing the Romans the the ability to continue using their manipular warfare and adopting some of the roman building tree also.

Both of the reforms work, but I would like to fix some glitches with the building trees (if anyone knows how, please let me know) in the near future.

Yes, my bad. Was "afk" for a time.

What this basically does: You get some buildings (roads, lvl 1 academy, larger port, theater, etc.) from the Greeks when you see fit the reform to happen. Along with those, in the places where there is a majority of Greek population, you get access to Greek Modeled Phalanx and a more expensive, Pontic Modeled Phalanx. Pezhetairoi and Chalkispidai with a a small change in the unit description.

Regarding the - if you like - later Roman reforms, you get a smaller legionary force that can be recruited only in Italia, that might do well if you plan to expand more westwards or to Africa. You get the standard legionary and the older reenlisted version. Both blue, alike the Dacian Elite Infantry and opposite to the traditional Roman red. That - and highways.

If anyone wants to use the files in here, what could be improved are the building images for some of the extended building tree. Else, I'll see when I get around and do this myself.

Anyway, for a longer Getai campaing, this is an already modded extension that you could use, rather then changing to a Greek faction if you want to expand more.
