Whoa... I just noticed that I've wasted two years of my life dedictating myself to the Total War Series... that's got to be sad... isn't it?:
Anyways, congratulations TWC on it's second birthday! It's been a loooooong way since we started, and I'm proud to say that we've all done a great job. Starting with only two members, Paul and the Knight 2100, and ending with over 8,000 members (4,000 of which Boris deleted) and over 150,000 posts, I've got to say that this has been a very successful forum and site. It's a great achievement. In two years we have managed to become the most popular Rome: Total War site.
I'd like to thank some people now (a lot of people actually) for making all of this possible...
First of all, to Paul and Knight ofcourse for making this site a reality.
Then to the two other triumvirate members, both of whom I have learned a great deal, Boris, the revolution-loving Cuban with a Russian name, and GodEmperor Nicholas, the former Bush-loving now-moderate (all thanks to our great influence) pro motocross university student.
Then to the 3 praetors. They are all amazing guys. Saint Trobalov the Greek, my Estonian friend Trax, and my Portuguese friend who's a rebel (and has good choice in women).
Then to the other 4 quaestors... Mehmed the hairy bin-laden loving Turk, Wilpuri my drunken finnish friend, the crazed samurai warrior Wild Bill kelso (who's old with a wife and child yet still fights), and Shigawire, the anti-new world order Norwegian intellectual.
Finally, to all civitates, all members that compose this site, and some special thank you's to Morble, our "strategist extraordinaire", Frood, the most intelligent 13 year old kid I have ever met, the Black Prince, my former partner and queerilicious friend, and Disturbed Roach and Mithras, the guys that made the new design and made our move and new look possible.
Thank you guys... Now party on!
