Is there a mod which allows units to walk in beat formation, as they do when you view them from a distance, to make the front drum and flute player to have a real purpose?

There have been various attempts to do that. Mainly with keeping the muskets at the shoulder when marching for non-militia units but getting the footwork down to parade perfection won't work with the game engine afaik.
