    Default Lag problem

    I know that simmilar threads are all over the forums but i didnt find a proper solution. i recently had a dead hard disc accident, i bought a new western digital, installed windows 7 64bit, installed medieval, Dlv, bb, and i had major lag problems. I made a format but the problem continues. I play rome 2 perfectly on ultra, napoleon the same. I have an 8 core AMD at 4.00 ghz, 8 g memory and an AMD 7800 2giga ram. Even with the minimum graphic settings ( shadows off, everything low, etc ) when more than 2000 men fight i have major lag issues. mostly when i moving the camera. drivers are up to date. any suggestions?
