CTD with Macedon

Playing as Macedon and the mod CTDs on me when I try to take possession of Olynthos, whether by attack or starvation. No error message.

Edit: I tried moving north, besieged Apollonia, and also got a CTD (again, no error message) upon attempting to assault. I was able to circle around and conquer the other cities of Chalcidice, going as far as Amphipolis, without any problems. Also besieged and took the Thessalian city south of Dion (forget its name) without any problems. It seems to be only those two cities.
