Great! You are right there are only elite Persian cavalry around the King in ancient sources, not Median.

    Default Development Issue #48

As you guys might have guessed it, i will not be able to deliver the mod, not even a beta version into the Nowruz day.
But i believe you guys will forgive me and wait until the release day.

Also in personal stuff i am a little bad, also in professional is not good.
I think i will have to learn heavy modding, because i got no aid in that regard. At least i am having some cool dudes helping me in unit and faction descriptions.

I would like one day to be like UndyingNephalim and have a Patreon to support works that i loved to do with total war after Rise of Persia. I would love to make mods with my own hands about topics that people never touched it. Also one day of realising my dream of creating my own fantasy mod.
What do you guys think of it?

Anyway have an image to show that the mod is still going.

This is going to be really hard, one can barely handle all those things at the same time without spending years on learning how to use all the various tools and programs... Good luck though!

    Default Development Issue #49

UNIQUE SABA NOBLES (Judea: Total War Original Work)

    Lo'hamim Azzilim:
This tough, heavily armored infantry is the cream of Southern Arabian nobility and despite the land’s reputation for the production of aromatics these are not perfume wearing effeminates who can be easily brushed aside.

This unit is kinda of representing the sabaean nobles of Europa Barbarorum, but i didn't wanted to use the same model because it was to modern for this time period.

The Avanti will be the only Indian faction in the mod.

The map goes to the Etruscan capital in Italy to the western part of india. The size is double and there's more settlements.
In india i tried to recreate some cities representing some of the Mahajanapadas of the time.

Just wondering what is there left to be done? Is it units, music? And for what specific faction?
Becuase maybe you will have to decrease the scope of the mod, forget some factions or something.

    Its not the factions problem.
The problem is to finish the campaign map, traits and ancillares, buildings, images, and texts, around that.
The great GRANTOZ said that if i could give him a link for the mod to see if he could do something. So let us hope he's able to make something for it :p

Now, didn't old rise of Persia have traits and ancillaries and buildings. They are the kind of thing wich I don't feel is neccesary to be remade (unless they are very bad quality, can't remember).
It's not units right? I think focus on units, the map and ui (with whatever descriprion is neccesary, not to long) and don't do the ancillaries and traits and buildings but use old ones.

Besides, will there be more regions in Mesopotamia? It's not necessary, but seeing how many cities there were between the two rivers, Mesopotamia seems a bit sparsely populated with cities when compared to Anatolia, Greece and southern Italy in ROP II. This is not a serious flaw, if it even is a flaw! Anyway, thank you very much for driving this on! Your good work is much appreciated.

I want to tell everyone on how things are going to be from now on.
I decided to try and focus in finishing this more now with for tenacity than ever.
I'm still going to do videos on my channel but not as much because that was interfering with the time that i would be able to have to work on this mod.

Also have to give some time for finding a job which is very difficult and time consuming.
So it will take a while until this can be done. I will try to make a releasable version soon, but now i am working again on the roster, because i had it foccused in parts where it should not exist and that was taking space on the amount of units.

For example, i am going to do the original intend of the creators of ROP3 and use the Immortals horse archers that i put into the regular immortals; that's because at this time period the persions only had elite cavalry with javelins, and not horse archers, and also that model corresponds better to the historical progression of the Anusiya.

This ones will be regular Anusiya And this model will not be in the game anymore.

And it will become like this:

Also remember that i am working alone on this mod, and my skills has a modder are very limited.
