Yes he's worthy of citizenship. Although he's overly friendly and to me it comes across as fake and annoying. I hope when he reads this, he changes his attitude and will make an attempt to keep things real. Overdoing somethings can give nosebleeds to people. And i know i'm not the only one who feels this way.
Before this goes any further, there is something to be discussed. The patron can post here on defense of this gentleman. I have received information from reliable sources that your client has been approaching citizens and lobbying for votes. The Curator and an assistant has evidence of this.
What does the patron have to say about this?
Wow, first application of a member whom I literally don't even knew he existed in the first place. Interesting!
Let's see!
I appreciate his contributions (GTAV and Left 4 dead appear in both the old and new contributions, btw), and I guess if Poach says he deserve it, that should be enough.
What makes me hesitant is this
I do not like his tremendous desire or need for recognition (personally tested), (And probably related to this, the pleas in his application).
He talks to a lot of people. Like this AFAIK:
- Hello, how are you?
- Fine, thanks.
I have never seen him helping a user, as he claims (I might be wrong).
So I dont know. If anyone thinks that this is irrelevant or have a different point of view, please let me know.
Hm, the reviews are a bit short and not precisely in-depth (10 mins to read them all is a bit meh). I've to read more of him
Edit:
@MaxThrax: I am
@M: I did. While waiting for GB's reply, I take the time to get to know the Applicant better
Can I see some of this evidance ? To be honest I have no clue how I should even respond on this. Can the evidance be presented like it would have in the cdec. If it's so I 'll withdraw my patronage but before I do that I want to see it.
He seems nice I suppose but completely disingenuous; a veritable empty suit fawning for attention, very obviously molding his online persona and behavior in order to elicit a desired response. I echo mishkin and Ishan's comments and also mention that he has been busted for plagiarism when working for Content, as m_1512 and others here in Content can vouch for. If the accusations of soliciting votes on this app are true, then such would certainly indicate an unpleasant pattern of behavior. I won't say no just yet as I'm not 100% how the new citizenship system and criteria are supposed to work, but what I've seen from this app is not promising; not to mention the fact that he was only recently rejected on his prior app. On the plus side, he does seem to be quite active on the Gaming Staff. If Poach vouches for him then that's certainly a plus. As I said I shall reserve judgement for now.

Of these facts there cannot be any shadow of doubt: for instance, that civil society was renovated in every part by Christian institutions; that in the strength of that renewal the human race was lifted up to better things-nay, that it was brought back from death to life, and to so excellent a life that nothing more perfect had been known before, or will come to be known in the ages that have yet to be. - Pope Leo XIII
all shenanigans aside, i just dont think he has done enough to merit citizenship. yet

By the way, I really don't know who is telling the applicant about this, or maybe this thread is visible to everyone. But in any case, I'll make a few things clear.
There is no smear campaign. We have evidence that the applicant had asked for members to vote for them. Perhaps it was deliberate, or maybe the applicant really did not know this is wrong. Either way, I am surprised the patron knows nothing of this.
I've just received this PM from Joseph:
