Can't load a battle, the load crashes

Hey Pals,
When I push the load battle button (for a single player scenario), it starts loading but immediately crashes and there is an advice saying that the program has stopped working, so I don't have any choice but close the program.
Please help me with that issue.

I almost forgot, the problem happens when I'm playing the Darthmod v2.65 Napoleon Total War.

I have the exact same problem, and both the game and mod have been freshly installed.
