There is nothing personal about it. We all believe you are a nice guy who truly means well, but are just not suitable for your post. We believe you can help this site from any other post and we welcome you to assist us.

We are sorry for the manner of this action but you made any other alternative unavailable to us because of your style of leadership that you yourself admit is unchangeable.

I... have to agree with the aims. I have long disagreed with many of Archer's choices, and more than that his unwillingness to take the proper time to discuss things beforehand and his general impetuous nature with regard to critical decisions.


(On a side point, I am unaware of how long this group has been planning this course, but I am not a big fan of the "get a group together and sign a bunch of names" style to attempt to force resignation. So while I voice my support for the declaration put forth here, I might retain hesistation of their methods.)

Actually , scratch that. You guys need to contact Ogre and inform him about my inability to control you. Also the Shogun, that I am not staff anymore due to whatever reason you guys found in my inabilitiy to control the site after 2 years.

As far as I can see it, it's total nonsense, among other things, which I will not outline. In fact, it is quite disgusting to say the least.

Archer is the administrator of TWC and all this time he has a done a superb job.

He dedicates more time to maintaining, improving, and running TWC than most other HEX members combined. I could not think of anyone to replace him.

He does his job, just like many of you should, but don't.

It's time for many of you to either come out of your make-believe political fantasy world, or resign.
