As far as I am aware MP cannot be used in LME, a friend and myself tried this and we couldn't get it too work regardless of our load orders. It always said we had different versions.

So is there anyway to just turn it to vanilla, but be able to turn LME back on again?

Move the LME files out of the data folder and deleting the user script would be my best guess.

There is an option on the launcher : "Restore Vanilla Files". I think that's all you can do :/
