Please help, mod not working?

I installed and played IBFD 6... but when i installed the Rio 463AD mod and that mod for Justinian and Huns Era the game didn't work ... i uninstalled the game 2 or 3 times and tried it from the first step and followed the steps just like in the link above Rio 463AD Disscusion but the game still isn't working... every time i open Barbarian invasion the first screen opens and it suddenly closes and then nothing...

anybody has the same problem? or does anybody know what should i do ?

Rio's IBFD needs to be installed into unmodded BI 1.6
