Need help with agent portrait in campaign :D

Well, I tried to create my own ninja unit but there's this thing that I can't clear yet. It's the agent's card.
As you can see in the picture, the portrait look fine in the information tab but there is a default ninja shape in the unit card below that block the picture. I tried to color white the agent_bg image too but it's not the problem.

I searched several mod in the forum and I found no clue about that. And it seem the other mods in the forum didn't work with the game too, assume they are all outdated, or I did something wrong with the installation.
Anyone know how to fix it?
I know I late to the party but Rome 2 suck so much that I come back with Shogun 2 =)
