    Uh... slightly confused here about the state of affairs within my realm. Oh well,

    M: If I still didn't get that blasted region, attack it again. If I did, attack the region south/south-east of my military region (the one with no square- I can still develop it, right?
    E: I doubt this finished, continue. If I got lucky and it finished and I also have a third region now, start developing it as a an economic region.
    N: If I do have a fleet now in the Western sea zone I can build fleets in, build another in the Eastern one. If not, try again in the West.

    Naval move: if that large Julii fleet moves against me, my small fleet will attack it.
