Mini Mod Questions

Hi there!
Been a fan since 4.5, and 5.4's simply delicious!
However, I have two questions:
1) Can I have a new BDizl's mini mod for 5.4? Although it's a bit unbalanced, I found cheaper units and more starting armies were giving me more action right off the bat.
2) How easy/impossible is it to add custom nations? I just got to thinking what would happen if I Balkanised the entirety of Europe into nation states of each region, and I thought it might be fun to do that with WW1 technology. I'd just like to know if it's possible for me to do that. Nothing advanced, just literally rip Europe into hundreds of diddy states.

Glad you enjoy my mini mod

Ive been very busy lately but im going to try to get the mini mod updated by the end of this week, hopefully.

As for the custom nations questions, as far as i know it is rather complex and time consuming to do something like this so its not likely that will be implemented anytime soon.
