Help needed

Hello guys, your work here seem awsome, but i have a problem, my game is on steam!
First of all id really love to see your work on the steamworkshop which in my opinion its amazing!
Currently my rome version is up to date so i dont think i even try to install the mod there, instead
ive download the SKIDROW version with the 1st update (recalling to post should be the correct version to install the mod but it aint working!)
how do i install the game and stop updating it to get the correct version?
Do i need a simple original ISO install updatemanually and get the mod running?
is this the only way?

When i install the mod gives me missin mss32.dll then _ATI_3d something...... cant find any solution any IDEA? thanks

mss32.dll - miles sound system file, You may copy it from you frend, or smb ^.^
