Changing turn to year ratio

When editing files in Medieval Total War 2, it was simple to adjust the year/turn ratio. I'm trying to accomplish the same thing in Empire Total war. Ideally I would like to be able to have 12 turns per year to give a month-month feel to the game. I've searched and searched and I haven't found anything related.

Any advice would help tremendously.

Didn't try to mod it myself but try to download Darth Mod and then compare 2, 3 and 4 turns per year changes that they did in startpos.esf. Than try to do it yourself. Thing is you will have to mod tehnology, if you dont everything will over in 1710.
