    Hello there, I like my games to be slow and methodical, so if possible I would like to know how I can adjust turns per year to 12 (representing months) and adjusting research, movement and recruitment speed to match the 12 tpy.

    The other aspects at x12 would be really insane, but if you want to you can.

    The technologies table has the values required for each tech to research (column research points required). You want to multiply those by a value. The quickest way is to select the column and right click on a cell and choose Apply Expression. Then, type in x*4 (as an example, if you wanted to multiple tech times by 4).

    Movement is in the land_units table, column is called campaign action points.

    Recruitment time is in main_units, called create time. Note: the AI has issues recruiting over multiple turns so this isn't suggested.
