If i may suggest two major things...

• Your background noise or whatever is causing the constant static sound, should be the first thing you fix.
• The commentary is lacking and sounds quite boring/dull the majority of the time, often you take long pauses to think of something to say.

Commentary is a challenge for new Youtubers and the long pauses for thinking is very common with newer channels. You can work on this easily, personally i talk to myself a lot so it came naturally lol...
I'm not saying any of this to offend you, but if you don't sound like your enjoying yourself then others wont enjoy themselves. It sounds silly but just be yourself and have fun, try explaining your moves/plans you have for your troops movements; do you plan to assault the Reach after moving into Dorne, or perhaps sail around it and take the Iron Isles etc, things like this are easy topics to talk about. With more experience your commentary will improve in time.

In the end just enjoy making the video's and others will enjoy watching you.

Apart from the pauses looks pretty good. Though I think you should:

a) Make an intro!
b) Clear up the sound.

Do you have Premiere? You can eliminate most background noise very easily with low/highpass filters and the dehummer/denoiser and/or notch effects

You might also wanna state that you are using GOT Submod and not enhanced small difference but that would be the exact description, maybe add a link to the mod so Inarus gets some credit for his work

I totally thought this was the long awaited House Martell preview. So unfortunately, though you did a great job, it was a little bit of a let down for me.

Sorry I disappointed lol.

I would appreciate it if I were able to have the House Martell Preview on my channel, though it would probably be better on SoulGamesInc channel since he has more subscribers lol and posts a lot more WesterosTW than I do.
Thanks for the tips on the videos and things though, and I plan on uploading a lot more Night's Watch over this month.
