You must meet up in a motel.

There aren't that many motels either. Paddy's Day Monday, meet up then.

Good plan. Get drunk first, then motel.

Carrigallen. Oh jaysus. I'll say no more
I went to St Pats.
Im from Denn so if your from the town we live about 15 minutes from each other. Which is kind of mad. Although I spend most of my time in Galway now since I went to NUIG.
Cavan dosent have laptops yet
That would require motorways.

Pssst...Time for some shameless advertising again.
There are three votes occurring right now. One for Picture of the Week, one for Unedited Screenshot of the Week, and one for Video of the Month.
Who would like to go vote for who they want to win?
Things I trust more than American conservatives:
Drinks from Bill Cosby, Flint Michigan tap water, Plane rides from Al Qaeda, Anything on the menu at Chipotle, Medical procedures from Mengele

That they would send such a ghastly envoy says much about the esteem we are held in by the authorities. I should file a complaint for discrimination.

Most the lads I know from Pats are... odd. I'm happy enough where I am, I think.
Funnily enough I'm in Galway regularly enough, got family there. What's NUIG like? I was considering it but idk.

Doing the Leaving now. Thinking of maybe doing something in science, might just do the Bachelor of Science in NUIG. But other colleges are doing that too, I'd just have to see where I'd rather live, which universities are actually good.
Galway's a good university, but it's cold there. What's the nightlife like there? Got my priorities here.

NUIG is good for Science. And its really no colder than the rest of the country. And when its hot going to Salthill is awesome.
Im not trying to be a shill for NUIG here but when it come to living with students NUIG is I believe the premier college. We constitute 20% of the citys population and 70% of students move to Galway to study compared to 20%-30% for Dublin. the college has the most societies and clubs in the country. Accommodation and general living is cheaper, the city center is 15 minutes away and its not as imposing as Dublin. Make making friends easier. Everyone is new and more than likely are living in Galway. With being independent for the first time parties happen. A lot.
And has Galway lost its reputation for nightlife already? The nightlife is brilliant. Half the city is pubs, the clubs are class, admission is cheap, drink is cheap. You can go out any night of the week and theres a crowd.
I'll sum it up well. We're the only college that got RAG week officially banned.
That dosent stop us though

You make a good case. Galway was always in my mind before this year, but now that the decision's on the way I've been less sure.
What course you doing yourself? Been there for many years?

Listening to foreign folks talk about their town is very odd. Hello, I'm from Port Huron Michigan. We're famous for the Blue Water Bridge, the Huron sailboat races, potholes, and having an even more stagnant economy than Detroit with less than a quarter of the people to feed.
I actually know one person from here in real life. I actually met them at the uni even though we live in different towns.
So is Rome 2 fixed yet? Can I get it?
Yea I remember that feel. Oh the paranoia. Have I chosen the right college? Will I find out that UCD/DCU/Trinity is so much better? Is my course worthless? Oh yes. I was sure that I had made a terrible, irreversable mistake. I was very wrong.
And I was never more sure of anything than I was of wanting to study in NUIG. Ever since I went to the gaeltacht in 2010 I wanted to study in Galway. And even then I suffered the paranoia. Just remember that nothing really is final.
Im doing Computer Science and Im only coming to the end of my first year now. Did you do TY? Theres probably less than a years gap between us.

I have absolutely no idea where I'm going to college. I don't know what I want to do, where I want to go, etc. I know I want to get myself a good job and strike out on my own. I know nothing beyond that.
That looks so wrong.
Rep me and I'll rep you back.
