Probably because my involvement with the game was impatiently watching a friend play parts of it.

Good God was Tut ugly.
Help, I'm addicted to Titan Quest
I agree with Pasan, old games are still fun and in many cases better than modern games if you can make it past the graphics.

If you can't get over the graphics then you should probably get out.
Well not to derail a good conversation about classic video games (I personally still find the 64 playable despite the very outdated controller and graphics, even more than I enjoy the GameCube for some reason)., but I thought I'd just depress you with tales of my crap day.
So I woke up this morning at 4 am, and seeing as it's getting closer to winter and is too dark to tell the time at my usual time of 6, I had to get up to check the time then couldn't get back to sleep. My leg has been killing me for a few days (the leg where I've broken a tibia in football and tore ligaments/suffered bone bruising in wrestling last year) so I knew it was going to rain, and the pizza for my sister's birthday a few days ago has not been agreeing with my stomach. So I went to school for 7 hours (7:05-1:50), had to go to a half hour long Spanish Honor Society meeting for half an hour, then ran to the weight room which is open 2-3 to get as much of my workout done as possible. I did 245 lb deadlifts and managed to get to lay pull downs and rows in time to then walk home as it started to rain. Then since my parents and older brother were at work I had to do laundry and cook dinner for my little brother and the test of my famil when they got home. I barely got any homework done and then had orchestra from 7-8:30, of course playing the one instrument that requires standing the entire time, and then went home and found that no one had put the food I cooked away so I had to do that too. This day has been awful.
Tomorrow I have wrestling open mats. I will die a painful death.
Rep me and I'll rep you back.

Sucks bra, though you should teach your younger siblings to cook so you
won't have to worry about it.
Off note:
I guess it is lucky you don't have to walk to school up hill both ways everyday in the driven snow.
Kind of reminds me of Korea, was a two mile walk to school to boot (though
minus the hill).
Oh man those ers did not care if it was snowing or not, they expected your
ass on the class chair in time or they start beating you with sticks (generally
on the hand or legs), good thing I am in the USA now
Sounds like the Catholic schools (wear the Brothers and Sisters taught) in the 1950s- 60s... so my parent told me.
To Whom Brother
Poor Caesar.
Stick is the light one, there are many other forms of punishment such as standing for hours (in the snow I suppose). Also if you're punished in school, your parents would very likely punish you again when you get home.
Even when you're not deliberately punished, they still have to remind you how the government is by forcing you to stand like an idiot for a hour every morning and singing national anthem, and listening to what the fat ugly school runners have to say, usually nothing of value. It's just like North Korea until you become adults.
Nothing like some good ol' Nationalistic indoctrination.

That must be a pretty long anthem if you sing it for half an hour.
Well we do have to repeat it for like a good five times to you know
jam it in our head. What is worst is if you are a first grader, you have
to be in your gym short while singing the national anthem while it is 30
degrees outside when you are singing the national anthem for the school
first time (or in my experience)
I am not Norwegian, plus I was ten while doing this
Or go outside of the class room and raise up your hand while kneeling on both knees. Though I don't remember going
outside of school to get punished while it was snowing, man you had it worst than I did.
No, only once but the stupid ceremony happens twice everyday, once in the morning before classes start and one more after all classes end. The anthem is long and played very slowly, and it's sad, the kind that would ruin your mood when you hear it. And it's not random kids talking, but the president of school or some admin (position above regular teachers) giving speech. I don't know how they could possibly have so much to talk about, and they never needed notes!
It was actually a privilege to be given some labor task to do during such times.
@Spartan: no snow here, but standing under bright sunlight at 40C is worse. I like snow!

Hehe, my primary school was 150 meters from my house, was still 5 minutes late pretty much every day.
