    Default Edictum Mod- Add new edicts to factions.

    12/04 - Text fixed.
    12/02 - Text added - First in German for testing. Please test and send me feedback if you see edict names.
    07/02 - Own war edicts added to Iceni and Arverni. War Cry and Way of Warrior.


    Edictum Mod adds new edicts to cultures.

    Please note this is a lively mod, so I'm updating the mod regulary.

    Feedback is very welcome, because real testing would need half campaign to decide if the edicts make sense, if they are overpowered or not.

    Barbarians:

    1. Path of War - Support army build up - Low down agriculture, industry and cultere.

    2. Agriculture Edict - Support agriculture - Low down army build up.

    3. Politics, Culture and Industry - Support politics, culture and industry - Low down agriculture and army build up.

    4. Tribute - Support exploitation of regions - Low down public order, army build up and corruption.

    Imperium Romanum:

    1. Romanisation
    Help new conquered provice to be intergrated into roman empire.

    2. Senatus Populusque Romanus
    A Senate Edict which is democtratic. Help a little bit on one side and penalty a little on the other side.

    3. Tributum Edictum
    Robs and plunder the province. Give much money and food, but also high penalty.

    4. Legio Edictum
    Makes your armies in all provinces stronger, but high penalty in edict province.

    5. Panem et Circenses
    High up public order and culture, but low down tax and food.

    Carthage

    1. Seamonopoly Edict
    High up sea activities (trade, recruitment aso)

    2. War Calamity Edict
    High up unit skills, but penalty on taxes, agriculture and industry.

    3.Punic Culture Domination
    Spread the punic culture with penalty on public order, taxes and army attendance.

    4. Tribute Edict
    High up taxes, industry and agriculture taxes, low down public order, punic cultre and cultre building taxes.

    Ok for the romans they don't all fit on the selection screen, this is maybe because I have another edict mod? also the skins need to be placed in UI/skins

    Hey Toon,

    yes, it is because you use an other edict mod. Every edict have it address from 1 to 4 or 5 (numbers of edicts).
    If you use an edict mod and it use for example 1 and my have also 1, so there is a bug, because both want be the 1.

    The skins work for me, but you are right. Done.

    Ok so is there are workaround so that I can also use your mod? do i need to renumber your edicts? thanks

    Hi joedreck you can fix the missing titles for your edicts by adding these table into your mod
    .pack->text->db->edicts_effect_bundles.loc and
    .pack->text->db->edicts_provincial_initiative_records.loc

    Text is one of my issues I have work on.
    In my German version text works great (UPC_German), but if I download mods I don't have text. I will check mods with text and make it same and hope it works for you.

    Names + texs for edicts are welcome.

    No there not showing, you need to add the entries I think into the effects_bundles.loc and provincial_initiative_records.loc files

    New stuff is online. 2 new edicts for Arverni and Iceni was added.

    This makes the edicts much better, before I'd just use only one or two out of the four available (like Bread and Games + Romanization).

    Thanks. I'm actually play as Egypt and testing also their edicts. As you said I also didn't use edicts and my ambition is to make all the new useable.

    i'd be much more interested in this if we could have a preview of the numbers behind each edict, so we can see the actual benefits and penalties.
