Harmund Lefford, Lord of Golden Tooth, Bannerman of House Lannister
Harmund Lefford was never a great swordsman: even as a young man his skills lay with thinking rather than in his sword arm. While the other young noblemen sparred with swords and impressed the ladies with feats of skill, Harmund would read books. Books of strategy, commerce, politics, fiction, family history: if it was written down he would read it. The result was a man who was far more terrifying when in charge of soldiers than when amongst them, a man far more skilled at administrating than at sword fighting, and a man far more educated than most. His mind, not his sword arm, is the most dangerous part of this man. As Lord of Golden Tooth, he keeps the precious gold mines running and maintains his Estate with care, always ensuring that no enemy of the Westerlands passes along his roads unopposed.
Age: 51 Rank: Head of House Lefford, Lord of Golden Tooth Total Trait Points: 18
Military Mind (Field Battles +5, Sieges +4): Harmund has a keen understanding of the military sciences and is a capable commander of troops in any engagement. Administrator (Income +3 [5%]): Harmund takes a personal interest in ensuring the local gold mines run efficiently, and uses his education to both improve efficiency or to seek out those who can. Cautious (Survival +5): Harmund is no warrior and he knows it. While some would call him a coward, Harmund is not foolhardy with his life. Forager (Pillage +1[2.5%]): Harmund knows how to live off the land while on the march.
Ser Raymar Lefford
Raymar Lefford
Raymar Lefford, Heir of Golden Tooth
Raymar Lefford is quite the opposite of his father: much more interested in fighting in a battle than controlling it from afar. Like many young noblemen, he takes great pride in being a skilled swordsman and spends a lot of time practicing his skill-at-arms. Often rash in action, he believes in tackling problems head on and carrying the day through superior bravery and mettle than in devising complex strategies over a map table.
Age: 28 Rank: Heir to Golden Tooth Marital Status: Married Total Trait Points: 8
Swordsman (+2 Duels): Raymar spends a lot of time sparring with friends and trainers, and has acquired some skill with a sword as a result. Agile (+2 Survival): Spending a lot of time sparring makes one as good at dodging sword blows as in dealing them. Raymar is quick on his feet and is able to dodge attacks aimed at him. Military Mind (+2 Field battles, +2 Siege battles): Raymar has an understanding of battle tactics and leadership.
Auxes attached to Raymar: Wife: Lady Alyce of Sarsfield (Age 26, 2 years Raymar's junior) Son: Donnel Lefford (Age 11, born to Raymar at age 17) Son: Ryon Lefford (Age 10, born to Raymar at age 18)
Myles Pendric, Aux attached to Raymar
Ser Myles Pendric
A longtime friend of Raymar's, Myles is a cruel man and the third son of one of the Lefford vassal houses. As a child he would break the wings of birds before throwing them to cats, push children out of trees, and so on. As an adult, this only worsened, with heavy partaking of drink and whores, regularly beating them, he was even accused of rape and was saved from the noose when the girl refused to testify against him, probably through threats.
Ser Godric Lefford
Godric Lefford
Godric Lefford, son of Harmund Lefford
Godric Lefford is the second son of Harmund Lefford, 6 years younger than Raymar. Like Raymar he is more fond of fighting in battles than directing them, and as the second son he is left more to his own devices: Raymar is expected to rise to the rank of Lord of Golden Tooth and is treated as such, Godric is not. He enjoys travel, and can often appear in unlikely places in the world as a result.
Age: 22 Rank: Son of Harmund Lefford Trait Points: 4
Swordsman (+2 Duels): Godric spends a lot of time sparring with friends and trainers, and has acquired some skill with a sword as a result. Agile (+2 Survival): Spending a lot of time sparring makes one as good at dodging sword blows as in dealing them. Godric is quick on his feet and is able to dodge attacks aimed at him.
Ser Ulfric of Sarsfield
Ser Ulfric of Sarsfield
Ulfric is a seasoned man-at-arms and a long-time soldier in the pay of House Lefford. A trusted Lieutenant of Lord Lefford, he often acts as a bodyguard or taskmaster for his Lord, ensuring things happen when Harmund wants them to happen and things don't happen when Harmund doesn't want them to happen. He is a skilled swordsman and ruthless man: his one virtue in life is loyalty to his leige lord. Rarely seen apart from Lord Lefford, and it is a safe bet that when he's apart from his Lord it is because his Lord has sent him on a task.
Age: 45 Rank: Sworn Sword Total Trait Points: 16
Swordsman (+4 duels): A capable man-at-arms, Ulfric is skilled with a sword and confident in battle. He is often found at the side of Lord Harmund, commanding his retinue. Veteran (+4 survival): Ulfric has too many scars to count and has killed too many men to remember. He is able to hold his own even in the chaos of battle. Cunning (+2 escape): Capture is a part of war, and Ulfric has seen every part of war. Escape is also a part of war: a very important part. Captured soldiers can't keep killing their enemies. Vigilant (+2 counterspy): Ulfric is ever watchful for potential threats, making him a skilled counter-spy. Experienced (+4 field battles): As a seasoned warfighter, Ulfric knows how to command men in battle.

House Arryn of the Eyrie
Lord Hugo Arryn
Lord Hugo is a dark man, most interested in his power, influence and control. Called 'Bloody Hugo' by some, the Eyrie's Moon Door has seen more victims under Hugo than under the last few Lords of the Eyrie combined. His court is a mix of allies sharing in his lack of morals, courtiers too scared of him to do much else, and those who are too foolish to see or who have turned a blind eye to his manner. Despite his soft eyes and often calm voice, none who know him take him at his appearance.
His wife died a few years ago leaving two sons and two daughters of House Arryn. He has not remarried.
Lady Serra Arryn, age 18.
Lady Margot Arryn, age 16.
Ser Rickard Arryn
Ser Rickard Arryn is a picture of the Eyrie's Master-at-Arms more than of his father. Gentler, fairer and more even handed, Rickard is not as dark as his father, but is not snow white either. A martially-minded man, Rickard believes in the strength of arms and the power of the sword to accomplish what the quill cannot.

--- Larra Arryn, born to Rickard at 20. Age 10.
--- Cedric Arryn, born to Rickard at 23. Age 7.
Ser Harras Arryn
Very much like his father in manner and thought, Harras is a loner by nature, happier outside on horseback than in any court and often seeks to command any Arryn cavalry as a result. He is a willing schemer and often agrees with his father's bloody methods in dealing with any event, and indeed is often involved in some way. Some whisper that the Eyrie's guard answer to him.

Ser Edric Shett
Age: 36
Rank: Captain of the Eyrie guard
Ser Edric Shett is the captain of the Eyrie's guard, a man as cruel as Hugo appointed by the Lord himself. Were it not for his protected status he'd probably have been hanged by now for any number of questionable events or nights with women of uncertain willingness.

Jehaine is the only bastard of the late Lord William Hawthorne, last of House Hawthorne. While she had been living within her father's Hall she had never been legitimized, and as such had no claims on the land when her father died during a hunting accident. Aware that the code of chivalry applies to all, she has taken in the troops that had formerly been under her father's command and makes her living as a sellsword, hoping to make enough of a name for herself to be judged worthy to be legitimized by the Lord Paramount of the Reach, the Tyrells, and ultimately earn the honor to be worthy of her father's House. Her shield shows the former banner of House Hawthorne.

House Lannister of Casterly Rock is one of the Great Houses of Seven Kingdoms, and the principal house of the Westerlands. Their seat is Casterly Rock, though another branch exists that is based in nearby Lannisport. Their sigil is a golden lion on a field of crimson.[1] Their official motto is "Hear me roar!" However their unofficial motto, equally well known, is "A Lannister always pays his debts."[2][3] The Lannisters reigned as Kings of the Rock until they fell to the Targaryen conquest, but were allowed to remain the liege lords of the Westerlands. The Lannisters are the richest family in the Seven Kingdoms, due in large part to the many gold mines under their control, despite by no means being the largest kingdom and being rather mountainous. Members of the family tend to have golden hair and emerald green eyes.

Having his lost his childhood and his teenage years of freedom to his sudden and forced ascension to the throne of West, the Lord of the Westerlands had to grow up quickly and this quick thrust into the world of adulthood has made Lord Tommen into an intelligent and cunning man. In battle, the Lord of the Rock prefers to wield not the sword but his pocketbook, preferring to hire sellswords and spies to do his dirty work, leaving his own hands clean and free from the taint of battle. The Lord of the Rock is a loner of sorts. He prefers to spend time by himself contemplating on ways to increase his wealth and power or plotting his revenge against others. Though he can stand to have a conversation with others, he prefers just to be by himself or if he is with others, than only with his family members.
Bio: Ser Edmyn Lannister is the younger brother of Lord Tommen Lannister. Unlike his lordly brother, Ser Edmyn is the epitome of a true knight of the Westerlands, having learned how to lead men and battle and how to strike foes down with favored longsword. Edmyn did not have to suddenly grow up and so he was exposed to difficulties of the life of a Lord paramount. He does not have a natural distrust of outsiders like his brother does and he is much more gregarious.

House Stark of Winterfell is one of the great houses of Westeros and the principal noble house of the North; many lesser houses are sworn to them. In days of old they ruled as Kings of Winter; since the Targaryen conquest they have been Wardens of the North. Their seat,Winterfell, is an ancient castle renowned for its strength. Their sigil is a grey direwolf racing across a field of white, and their words are "Winter Is Coming", one of only a few house mottoes to be a warning rather than a boast. Members of the family tend to be lean of build and long of face, with dark brown hair and grey eyes. The stark family has been going throught dire times as many of the men have been killed in the fighting against the Skagosii, bandits and the Spring sickness.

As his brothers grew either merry or hot headed Torrhen remained grim focusing on his studies most of all, it came to him as no surprise that when their father passed away Eddard was the one that became Lord of the North. HOUSE CORBRAY is an ancient and pure-blooded Andal lineage from the Vale, founded six thousand years ago when the Andals first came to Westeros. If the stories are to believed, the first Corbray, Ser Corliss, fell in love with a First Men princess, but she shunned him and endangered his position and friendship to Ser Artys Arryn, the Falcon King, for she had come from the court of the Griffin King and worshipped the weirwoods as her gods. Ser Corliss, mad in love, convinced Ser Artys to imprison the fair maiden in his keep, to keep her as an "honoured guest" in order to guarantee the good behaviour of her kin. Despite every attempt of Ser Corliss to court and seduce her, the princess shunned him and kept herself locked within a tower room. Ser Corliss could not do anything, for love works in strange ways, and he would not enter the princess' chambers without her consent. Thus, the princess lived and died in a forlorn life, while Ser Corliss was forced to watch her life force fade away, bit by bit, second by second, until nothing else remained but bones.
In her honour, the knight named his keep Heart's Home and took for his sigil a raven - a metaphor for the Old Gods and the forlorn princess - stealing away his heart. Thousands of years later, a lord of Heart's Home came into the possession of a Valyrian steel longsword, which he named Lady Forlorn in honour of the late princess. Since then, Lady Forlorn has become the ancestral sword of House Corbray, being passed from father to son, uncle to nephew

House Whent of Harrenhal
History
HOUSE WHENT has only very recently become a major house in the Riverlands, ruling the Gods Eye from their cursed seat of Harrenhal. The Whents can trace their lineage back a few hundreds of years. The records are shady, but House Whent seems to have been founded as a proper landed house around three hundred years before Aegon's Landing, when a steward named Whently was given lands around the Gods Eye, sworn to the river kings of House Justman. The Whents disappear for some time after that, only to appear again by the time of Aegon's Conquest, in which a knight named Ser Osgood Whent took part, gaining a place in Lord Qoherys' household.
The current Whents seem to be descended from one of Ser Osgood's grandsons, who eventually inherited Whently Hall. Whents served in both the Dance of Dragons and in the Blackfyre Rebellion, becoming trusted stewards and captains of the Lothston lords. Indeed, Lord Lucas Lothston, commonly known as "the Pander", married his ninth child to Ser Boros Whent, Knight of Whently Hall. The Whents, however, fell out of favour during the rule of Lord Lucas' son, Lord Manfryd, and further distanced themselves when Mad Danelle bathed in the blood of virgins and practiced the dark arts of sorcery within Harren's Halls. The Whents were given Harrenhal after the Mad Maiden's failed rebellion, both for their bravery in battle and for their blood ties with the previous lords.
House Whent's sigil is nine black bats on gold, a reference to the marriage of the ninth Lothston child to Boros Whent, and their words are We are the Curse.

Edmond grew into a fit and slender man, of average height. Edmund prefers to rule with honour, kindness and chivalry, however every outburst of rebellion or menace to the peace and calm of the Riverlands is harshly punished. WIP (Still I have to write the details about Lothsons demise and the death of Maekar)
-->Cersei Tully:
A chaste and pious Tully she has rejected every marriage offer, and preferes a live of devotion and prayer. She was willing to become a septa, but her father forbid her from doing so. Ever since Lord Emmon is desesperately trying to find her a suitable match. Red hair and blue eyes, a veil of fanatism and sorrow on her gaze.
-->Barbra Tully:
As lustful as her sister is pious, Barbra Tully lost long ago her maidenhood to an unknown groom. She enjoys the care and atention from a few knigths and servants. She's ambitous, young, beautiful and ruthless. Dark hair and blue eyes.
-->Lysa Tully:
While her sister prefers to bed them, Lysa has always played, run, sparred and rode with his father's squires, vassals and grooms. She's loved by almost everyone in the Keep, a lovely young Tully with bright red hair and striking blue eyes. Bony and tall.
Biography: Uncle to Lord Edmund, Barristan is a grim old man. Anyone has seen him smile since his marriage proved infertile thanks to his impotence. The mockery of vassals and courtiers alike (he was called the 'floppy' or the 'flaccid' trout) was the main reason behind the anullement of his marriage. Ever since he has been the castellan of Riverrun and the marshal of the Riverlands.

Age : 30
Rank : Lady of Sunspear, High Lady of the Broken Arm, Princess of Dorne, Lady of Salt, Sand, and Mountain
Traits : +3 Income, +2 Assassination, +2 Counterspy, +1 Loyalty, +2 Survival
Bio : The eldest child of Prince Trystane Martell and his wife of House Dayne, and reigning Princess of Dorne for a decade now. Lucia takes more after her mother in appearance, having a lighter skin tone than her brother, dark blue eyes that could be considered indigo, long black hair, a and attractive, slender figure with womanly curves. While her brother was trained in the arts of warfare, which her education kept to a rather basic level, hers focused on courtly politics and protocal, economics, and a slight bit of alchemy at her own insistence towards the end, having found a book in Sunspear's library about it and wanting to learn more.
At the age of fourteen, she was granted the title of Magistrate of Planky Town, as befitting her position as heir to Dorne. While most of her tenure there was spent doing very little as the city could basically run itself(to the point she could spend more time reading/flirting with courtiers or grooms/etc. during this period), she did order the improvements to the Scarlet Cloaks that have made them a more professional force they are today instead of a old part-time levied militia who generally either corrupt or had little interest in the job so crimes were leniently punished if at all before her reforms, and improved the ports to include several new docks. After her father falling ill and passing on ten years ago, the Princess has ruled Dorne since with a relatively detached and passive outlook on affairs in other realms, only keeping tabs on events that may impact Dorne itself. Can usually be found smoking from an ornate Volantene pipe she obtained a few years ago in her solar while doing work if not in the Sun Tower holding court.

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

The younger brother of Princess Lucia, Ryon has grown up in his sister's shadow, being regulated to military training and other lesser affairs to serve as Marshal for his sister when she becomes Princess. He harbors some resentment towards Lucia for taking what in any other realm of Westeros, would be rightfully his, but instead of acting or plotting against her, he usually will vent his anger in different ways. The fourth son of Maekar I Targaryen, who served as squire for Ser Duncan the Tall. The premature death of his older brothers appears to have paved a way to the throne for Aegon. All he has to do is dispense with the unlikely successors and present himself as the best true potential heir
