    Quenta Silmarillion is a total conversion of Rome: Total War Alexander expansion, sets in the First Age of Beleriand, allowing the player to immerse into the War of the Silmarils. Play as one of the three Houses of the Edain, the Houses of the Noldor, the Sindar or another faction among the 17 playable. Recreate the legendary deeds of the First Age, or rewrite them.

    The mod aims to follow Tolkien's own vision and descriptions of his universe, so you won't see plate armors like in Peter Jackson's movies. The mod is a total conversion, so everything will be made to make you travel in the mythic world of Beleriand and Middle-earth, including new units, new graphics, new scripts & events, unique characters, new animations, custom cities and many more.





    Gabilgathol = Khuzdul name of Belegost, Tumunzahar = Khuzdul name of Nogrod, Gaurwaith = Marauders

    is any progres? - the project looks very nice


    but... i saw on forum M2TW and RTW couple of ideas for fist age mods or sub-mods...and they all are little
    "dead ideas" for now

    The work goes on, Vanyar units are still being finished. The preview is still planned.

    Edit: ps this comment isnt ment to offened anyone bye suggesting rome total wars sucks or anything like that it means the oppisite i perfur rome its what i grew up playing as a kid and once i discovered mods yea world reopened majorly so all in all thank you for all the hard worker you all have done and again cant wait to play it XD

    Milner and Nelduin, you are both my heroes. ive been hoping and waiting for a first age mod for years. ive been checking this forum everyday since i discovered this project of yours. and out of all the attempted first age mods, i think yours has the best look to it and the biggest chance of reaching a releasable version. i wish all the best in your endeavors with this mod and i want you to know that you have my fullest support. if there is anything i can do to help you, i will.

    Just passing by to say that if you need any help making the UI's, contact me. I'm pretty busy with RTR, but I can always lend a hand to this amazing mod. I know that the UI making it's not a really difficult area, but, neverthless, it's fairly time consuming and I'm sure you can use the time, that you would spend making them, further developing the mod. Keep up the great work.
