Well the reason i did not said it was because it doesn't use this converter Instead it Is ted work But not sure if its accurate.
I Put my detailmap Ontop of the blend map to get the shape than I put some trees ontop of it with ted Second rename it from BMD to campaign put it in the tree map and done
I would recommend checking the treelist files for S2 and FotS in case they're in a different format.

The problem using ted is that it uses battle map trees, not the campaign map trees and because of that they are to big. And you need to add it for the whole map. So for me it's a bit inconvenient. The tree list files are the same as in STW2 (for FOTS). It does convert and add the coordinates on the xml file, that you could use for adding the trees in the FOTS campaign tree list. But for some reason it doesn't add (visual) the trees on the campaign map.
