    Default V4 Changelog?

    Is there a complete changelog of what was changed in Version 4?

    There isn't a complete changelog as far as I know, but there is this brief summary of new stuff from the download thread:

    Version 4 Changes
    New AIs
    Complete rebuilds of several factions
    Major overhauls for several factions
    Removal of more vanilla elements
    New Unit UI elements
    Large scale mapping changes
    New financial balancing
    Complete unit rebalance
    New Music
    New Active Disasters Mechanic
    Tech Tree rebuild/rebalance
    Other than that, all I can say is play it and see what's new for yourself. It's still reasonably similar to V3, but much, much better in my opinion.
