Why do Polybian Pricipes still have cloth and a cuirass, i was sure they had chain mail, maybe i am wrong but does this also mean Europa Barbarorum is wrong? Or is that just a placeholder?

Some polybian principes will get chainmail, but the probability will be pretty low.

Minor settlements only have 3 buildings . Is there any way to create new buildings for campaign and increase minor settlements slots ?

Very interesting point. Not sure what else I could do because the legions did evolve over time, any ideas?

Why not something like, for marian: Cohors Res publicae or Cohors Reformata
and for late call it something like: Cohors Imperatoria?

I was looking at the website and i was wondering are the Samnites going to make an appearance? and if they are are you planning to set the date back near the Samnite wars?

The mod starts in 270bc for the grand campaign a long time after the Samnite wars, and anyway the grand campaign map wouldn't work to well for it.

Fyi the pictures in the OP are super out of date now, the units currently look much much better, I shall be posting a video showing the pre marian units very soon.
