    Default Eastern satrapies recruitment submod

    This little submod moves thorax troops and many other units aviable to early from second to third tier eastern barracks, adds new persian auxilias for seleucid_eastern faction group and indian elephants as general bodyguard option for them (excluding Parthava).
    In addition it also restricts more advanced hellenic auxilias to existing roman aor zones.

    New version:
    -Thorax pikes and swords as generals for all satrapies.
    -Changed back names of building_units_allowed_tabels as custom one probably don't overide old entires.

    27.12.13:
    -Updated for DeI 0.6h main_unit values (transport ship fixes).

    Load above DeI in mod menager. Made for patch 8.1 beta and DeI 0.6h.

    19.01.14:
    -Highly limited version, compatibile with DeI 0.7 and old saves if someone used it on new wersion. Only unit and commander permisions for satrapies in. I'll look into AoR and recruitment in eastern barrack chain later if given time.
    One new feature. Roman generic auxilia (auxilia lanceri, bireme with auxilia lanceri and ala auxilia) now requires marian reforms to build (cohort organisation tech).

    It affects mostly unplayable factions and requires advanced buildings far from home provinces so i can't easly test it properly, especialy as R2TW UI don't alow to check foreign recruitent options, but everything should work in theory...

    Arachosia, Aria, Drangiana, Media, Persia and Sagartia got indian elephants (unarmored) as generals. Those plus Parthava, Sardes and Pergamon also got thorax pikes and swords as bodyguard option.

    Seleucid_eastern military group (Arachosia, Aria, Drangiana, Media, Parthava, Persia and Sagartia) have:
    indian war elephants - eastern exotic stables 2+
    indian armored elephants - eastern exotic satbles 3
    Persian archers (greek auxilia) - eastern light barracks 2+
    Persian Cav (greek auxilia) - eastern heavy stables 2+
    Persian hoplites (greek auxilia) - eastern noble barracks 2+
    Persian pikes (greek auxilia) - eastern noble barracks 2+
    Persian hoplites (regular) - eastern barrack both trees 2+ (as in vanilla, I only enabled unit for those factions)
    Redundant in many cases, but they're unplayable anyway.

    In addition to more advanced greek auxilias (too many to list) I also restricted recruitment of elephants to roman analog zones and camels to arabia.

    I've also done something similar in my personal mods for DeI; I found it annoying when I as Seleucid fight my former eastern satrapies, they had higher level greek troops than I could raise at the time.. and when I checked out the tables I saw why, the rom_EASTERN_levy_noble_2 building has many high level units that other culture doesn't get until later stages. And they get extra experience as well. No wonder an AI-Seleucid has trouble fighting them.

    I've also tried to remove the thorax sword unit from being recruited with just a muster field, but I can't seem to find it in the tables.. and yet it shows up in my game. Weird.
