CTD Romano Brits

Hi Ive just got right into a game of Invasio Barbarorum, im romano Brits ive just built a dozen full armiies in england to send an invasion into france and germany. Ive noticed that when i move my armies around i n germany i get a Crash to desktop.

Has anyone else experienced this, or anyone know of any fixes.

Im playing asromano brits, been fine for about the first 10 turns, but now keeps crashing to desktop.

sorry, I was busy last couple of week, I also merged your threads.
anyway do u still get this CTD when moving the army around? or has it become a general CTD by now?

Trouble!!! Started an custom battle and i got an CTD with this error message:

Generic Error:
Failed to find texture 'data/vegetation/(null)'.

can u tell me what custom location you are trying to play?
also do you have any other mods installed? this is referring to a '...data' folder file w/c INVASIO BARBARORUM has not touched at all, as all IBFD files are all installed to '...bi\data'

I have had darth mod, but refixed it with backup copy

i have barebones wars..... only for rtw 1.5 though... does teh BI use something from the DATA folder that barebones wars have changed...^.-
but i still dont get it....
(null)?
ive never had that file!

any BI mod (and BI itself) uses files in the '...data' folder, so while changes to the bi\data folder won't affect RTW mods at all, any change to 'data' folder will affect all mods.
I do not know what BBW changes so I cannot tell you for certain if that is the cause, but I suggest to install to a fresh copy, else u have a backup of the data folder, revert to that

I have played Romano British till 463 and conquered all of WRE with them (with the exception of Spain and Brittany as it would end the game). I also experienced the CTD when in the 10th round or so.

SOLUTION>
After reloading Flaggelum Dei, choose load game and then the autosave. I did it and it worked, as if the CTD never happened. Don't know why and how the CTD first occured,but the game was ROCK SOLID for me since, and didn't crash EVER. Of course I save every once and a while, but really there has been no need to.

This is how I got through this thing, I hope it can work for you too.

I've been playing as the Romano-British for some time, my armies have taken over the Scandanavian and Germanic provinces as well as most of (modern-day) France. So far no CTD at all ... though the sheer number of riots in Badonicus keeps my best governor and a huge stack of units occupied full time.
