Well no but the moderator is supposed to pick any two numbers in a total 5000 range of the real number. I'll just go with 10000-15000 I suppose. Does this mean instant arrival though, since I timestamped that movement yesterday?

Yep. You can pop up at KL right now if you want: if you've resolved to attack without saying a word there's an 8/20 surprise attack roll to do, otherwise send negotiators. Harmund will be retreating anyway.

Also, now we get to see Maekar's colours: he's the most senior commander in Tybolt's army now, with Tybolt captured and Haegon in his hands. Will he trade 1 for 1 to get his chief supporter back, or will be risk alienating the Lannister army for his best chance at taking Haegon's head off there and then?

Since both were in the center I believe it's fair to say both got captured by nameless knights/sergeants in the thick of battle

Depends what Maekar does with him. Haegon spending an hour as a captive isn't going to hurt the morale of his supporters: if Maekar trades him back for Tybolt neither side really gets anything from their captives. Maekar has to make his choice: buying Tybolt back or using Haegon as a weapon in his rebellion.

But without Tybolt he loses the West and its armies. And maybe Hightower too. He would have the King but then would be an easy prey for Arryn.

As it stands Haegon still has extremely close ties to Arryn though, remember that Sanna Arryn is married to the crown prince

Hardly would lose the Hightowers who are also relatives by Lord Hightower's aunt, Lady Lynesse.

Without a King to serve it becomes a contest of two uncrowned people. Maekar's best bet at further support is probably to kill Haegon, since most Lords will default to loyalty to the King without any special reason to do otherwise.

Unless Arryn makes an idiot of himself and manages to actually sound suspicious, Bywater and Massey will be letting him in. All he has to do is talk his way past why an army has appeared unannounced.

Adamat, regarding your announcement: Arryn saw only Harmund's army and only saw it marching west on the road back to the Westerlands. He has no way of knowing Harmund swung back around once he was far enough away from the city, and no way of knowing his intention to re-establish himself in the Kingswood.

Harmund told him Lannister was fighting Haegon in the Kingswood. Would be logical to assume Lefford would meet up with Tybolt again

And yet he marched west rather than crossing the river at King's Landing itself. It's equally logical to assume he's marching home to defend the Westerlands.
