    Just what size should ultra be, I got the same size as regular at the moment, looked to get a bigger unit but was same size as we came with? I got the new download.

    Hi Krunsh, yes you will for now until the steam version is updated. You will need to use the first link in the first post and extract the file into your data folder. Then make sure it is ticked in the mod manager when launching the game.

    Please report any bugs or errors. We will be updating Steam soon, but wanted to give our TWC players first crack at the new version

    The civil war mechanic change is a simple one. It involves only a few variables. It essentially makes it so that the civil war is not automatic at top imperium level. It is possible to trigger a civil war after the second to last imperium level if politics are out of balance.

    As far as working with the mini-campaign, in theory it should work. I have not tested it, though.

    Thanks to all team members od DEI,great work.It's the first time with Rome 2 that i feel like I'm playing my lovely rome 1(with mod).Your work really shows that where is passion the final project will be great.Keep doing what you're doing.Much respect,really.

    You guys are the reason why I play this game...
    Despite the crap siege mechanics and severe clipping and stutter issues that CA needs to fix themselves, you guys really bring back that good ole RTW feel..

    completely agree. feel like playing EB or RS...(with the limit of the modding tools of the new engine)

    Is the Steam version updated yet? I prefer using Steam worshop for its simplicity but if I have to, I'll go ahead and get it from mediafire. Looking forward to the new version, especially those new units!

    Can any of the developers tell us which factions specifically got the new units, and maybe give a few examples of what they are? I know Seleucids because I saw the preview thread but what about Pontus, Epirus, etc. ? Also, what about some of the originally non-playable factions like Syracuse, Cimmeria, Massalia?

    Superb work guys as always . God i love those massilians ! that mix of celtic-greek culture gives them a really unique look (especially their shields are AWESOME!!) . Anyway since feedback is needed i noticed that italian heavy cavalry are dismounted when used by the AI (havent tried them myself) . Thank you guys for making this game what it should have really been!!

    - sorry guys, what are the unit sizes?
    - not a fan the pretorians cohorts were removed
    - not a fan the Onagers were gone as well.
    - Can you guys add a real Roman Fort to the game?

    I went ahead and downloaded the mod because it is indeed not ready on Steam.

    Very nice! I love seeing a lot of the new units, and reskins. Really fleshes out the units! Wanted to lodge a constructive criticism and maybe a bug report.

    Firstly, I think it's very strange seeing Thureophoroi being unarmored, with only a cloak and Thureos. Historically these men functioned somewhat as a hybrid between a peltast and a hoplite - skirmishing, but also forming up for combat and protecting the flanks of a phalanx. Since they're arguably expected to, or be more likely to engage in hand to hand combat than peltasts, why do the peltasts wear armor and thureophoroi do not? Just going off the character model and not the stats though.

    Secondly, and I think this may be a bug, Epirus' elite 'Hoplite' unit is called Epilektoi Hoplitai rather than Hypaspistai, which I think is what they should be.

    can you guys please include this centurion fix in your next version - http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfile...text=centurion

    he even gave him medals lol. looks much better now and is more historically accurate.

    Not gonna lie, even if it's not as historically accurate, I love the look of soldiers in greaves. Hoplites and Legionaries can rock 'em.

    You need to enable it in mod manager on the launch screen.
