    Do you use other mods like camera mods? Some stuff can break the reforms.

    Nope only 12tpy DeI sub-mod ; NoPodei ; and "zero agent" ( which basically reduces to zero the cash AI may spend )
    -"zero agent" can be modded in main DeI , but I was tolazy to do it.

    -cohort barracks (lvl 3) build

    Download italian localization if there is one in localization thread or change game language to english via steam.

    Level 4 main city (Provincial capital , Rome , Brundisium , etc) has three options to be upgraded from level 3.
    But lacks descriptions/text.

    All other cities (minor) are ok .
    For example :
    Roman Urbs (lvl4) doesn't show info.

    Roman Urbs = rom_ROMAN_city_major_4

    The line is:
    Roman Colonia = "rom_ROMAN_city_major_2" is upgraded to:
    -Roman Municipium = "rom_ROMAN_city_major_3"
    -Roman Trade Municipium = "rom_ROMAN_city_major_trade_3"
    -Roman Garrison Municipium = "rom_ROMAN_city_major_fort_3"

    Then
    -Roman Municipium ("rom_ROMAN_city_major_3")
    in:
    db / building_upgrades_junction_tables / DresCity_building_upgrades_junction

    Has only two upgrades :
    - rom_ROMAN_city_major_trade_4
    and
    - rom_ROMAN_city_major_fort_4

    I believe (I might be wrong) that there is missing a row :
    "from" : rom_ROMAN_city_major_3
    "to" : rom_ROMAN_city_major_4

    Because "rom_ROMAN_city_major_4" is present in :
    building_effects_junction_tables / building_effects_junction

    But is NOT present in:
    db / building_upgrades_junction_tables / DresCity_building_upgrades_junction

    worth checking out.
    (Just made a mini-mod only with the that "row" to test out, and I will see what it happens)

    hm you might be right...
    To be sure , I just added following rows :
    rom_ROMAN_city_major_2 -> rom_ROMAN_city_major_3
    rom_ROMAN_city_major_3 -> rom_ROMAN_city_major_4

    It could be only when rom_ROMAN_city_major_3 is chosen to be build.
    and not the options "trade" and "fort"

    Ill test this and let you know asap

    EDIT:

    Indeed they are in data_rome2.pack :
    rom_ROMAN_city_major_2 -> rom_ROMAN_city_major_3
    rom_ROMAN_city_major_3 -> rom_ROMAN_city_major_4
    so adding them into Dei didn't solve this.
    Tested with and without those rows in DeI.
    Is the same.
    And the problem is actually upgrading Municipium to Fortified Capital missing the info:

    I miss info for every new thing added with the mod. This means, units, buildings, technology, edict, upgrading etc...

    You cant add new factions but you could use a script to replace old factions ¿?. For example 100 ac-50 ac remove Syracuse, Cartago, etc and replace for judea or new barbarian tribes.

    I make it short.

    Stop taking away unique greek units. I dont know why, but at some point you started to take away untis from certain greek factions which made them distinct from the others.
    Basically massila, pergamon, epirus, athen and macedon are the same. There are only minimal differences, which are have barely or no ingame impact at all. It doenst matter if athen has logates or not. Those are late game units. People dont want to play 100 round to finally see some differences between the factions. Also if one faction has levy pikeman and another one not..so what? Both - normal and and levys - are build in the same building or one later, which need only 4 turns to research. So basically it is wayne. Same thing goes of Sheald Bearers and Royal Guard. Basically the same, one faction has the ones and one faction has the others.
    Epirus once had ilyrian raiders - only agrians are left. Now Macedon and Epirus are almost the same. Literally.
    Massila once had galic units, which was nice thing due to the fact they are located in that certain area. (The two range units which are left, are worse than the greek units.) That is not distinct. And it was the only reason to play them.

    Sorry, but that is not the uniqueness you said you want to create. I dont feel any (and see any real) difference while playing epirus, compared to macedon, athen, massila, syracuse or pergamon.



    Also you should rethink the idea for only one military building. Just another simplification for something which didnt need one and results in less variety in the way of building up ones provinces. And especially for greeks, to many units for just one building.

    AOR in this matter doenst help that much in this matter, since why should i build gallic tribesman when i can build up hoplites?

    Besides that, i still enjoy you mod

    Any chance hoplite phalanx to be available at the deployment phase like other formations? Often forget to toggle it during the course of battle.
