Baktria Faction Next Rome II DLC?

Eagle eyed Rome II players will have noted a recent update has moved the Baktria faction to near the front of the turn time queue in amongst the playable factions (In the same manner as the Seleucid's before they became playable). Is this a sign the next DLC will revolve around the Baktria? Add in the information that Baktria got its own tech tree, units and abilities in the recently released Patch 7 Beta and the answer is as near to "yes" as you can be. The Successor Kingdom of Baktria sits in a key location on the Silk Road where the Hellenic world meets India and China. With the faction being far to the east on the campaign map, the faction is out of the way of most of the playable factions, so it could add some extra spice to that area of the map.
