RS 2 error when launching

so when i finally after reinstalling RTW and RS2 countless times for the entire day and night i get it somewhat working i press launch it gives me the 3 error messages

you dont have Roma Surrectum 2 installed in the correct folder. (C:/program files/steam/steamapps/common/Rome total war Gold/Roma Surr 2

Engine: RomeTW.exe,Faction campaign: -mod:play_rome

3/3 In total RomeTW.exe -mod:play_rome_show_err -nm -movie_cam

while i followed the steps of someone who i believe is creator of the mod? i will search his thread up and link it bellow for everyone

can anyone please help me out i really wanna play this mod ( i actually bought RTW again after years of quitting for the mod)
