During the last few days we overworked the priest-recruitment, because it seems quite inaccurate to us, that you can recruit as many as bishops as you like. That's why we figured out a new system:

- In every settlement normal priests are available
- Bishops are now only available in the defined regions with an episcopal see
- Only one bishop per episcopal see
- Cardinals, were promoted in case your priest or bishop has more than six piety points

Well, this is nothing special, just a simple yes/no event, but with those events we'd like to put the player in these situations, so that he can take part in this great decisions of this century.
So he might experience a profound gameplay

I can tell you that we have more than doubled the entries in the historic_event file since the last version. ( Version 3.3.1 - ca. 550; Version 4.0 - ca. 1120)
And some parts are still not included..
