    Default Carthago reform infantry

    How to get Carthaginian reformers? I hold almost whole Iberia except Pallantia , Emporion and one more city on north and i am in year 240. Also i am in war with Rome for over 10 years? Any suggestion by anyone will be helpful

    You just need to wait for the Marian Reform trigger, which should happen at some point. Probably by 210. Basically, I took the Vanilla Marian Reform and made that give several factions their late troops. I'm not sure if you will actually see it trigger, but you will know when you can recruit the unit
