Some ATI/AMD users have been suffering with massive campaign map lag for a while now, its not a FPS problem but a driver problem. People have suggested rolling back to the 10.5 drivers as these fix the problem but in this thread is a fix, check the video at the bottom of the thread for a detailed fix.
