Voices? Advice please.

I've just installed this fantastic looking mod, but was a little confused to find my hordaland units all have spanish accents.

I noticed in the patch details it mentions more appropriate accents.. Am i missing some vital historical reason for this or is there indeed a way to fix this?

It's been a while since I've played this mod, but I don't think my units had Spanish accents. Are you sure you installed everything correctly?

Yeah Absolutely, followed instructions just as they are in the download thread. Install last kingdom, then the patch then the historic events file.

After some delving ive found the descr_sounds_accents.txt file to have all the 'viking' factions under the Mediterranean accent, seems like quite an oversight, however its not as simple as swapping them to the eastern european one. Doesn't make a difference. So i'm a bit stuck..

Okay so update for anyone who might have this problem i edited the descr_sounds_accents.txt as before, putting the norse factions under the eastern european accent, saved that. But then deleted the following from the sounds file (be sure to back up first): events.dat events.idx Voice.dat and Voice.idx this from what i have grasped essentially forces the game to generate new ones and to remap all the sounds.txt files so they pick up the fact you've swapped faction accents.

Thats my very limited grasp of it anyway not being familiar with modding myself..
