This is the final poll, do you like or not like Rome2 ?.
As the name implies there are only two possible answers, yes or no, its not worth to say that I will like in month after the patch9 or if they implement this or that feature,you can argue all you want,why yes or no, or say that you could even change your answer if they do it or that ,but for now,is yes or no.

Don't like it. Too many cut features, which makes for a very bland campaign experience.

Not going to buy it unless I read some good news here on the forum..

After reading CA's official Community Question and Answer..
I'm officially disheartened as a fan..and definitely insulted by their choice of answers
Whether these features that were stripped are small or big, they added immersion, depth and character..
I don't care much about them fixing AI because we always have to rely on the modders so that's fine..But to literally take a dump and eradicate all these features is beyond me...their answers to why they remove these things are plain laughable..
There's nothing that I like about an unpolished game.
I hope someone comes along and manages to COMPLETELY mod but even TW veterans couldn't even look at the game without face palming themselves

Seen as the question is for 'now' and we are not to take into account future patching, then as I am not interested in playing it at the mo, the answer then has to be no!

I really can't answer it with a yes or no. Im going to say at the moment NO but with more patches and more importantly more mods then hopefully i will.

Rome 2 is the most shallow...most flat...most meaningless...most boring and less fun Total War ever....
its only a shadow of its former self Rome Total War and even Romes predecessors Shogun and Medival,
where battles were almost fought with matchstick men, were more immersive and more fun.

130 hours and not any serious issues to complain about, after they fixed a few really bad bugs - like navies not dieing.

as of patch 4, I like it. just wish performance is on par with shogun 2 or NTW.

i dont like it.just cos of 2 reason.
1-it wants too much computer resource(or this game badly optimized)
2-the most important one is lack of unit rosters.i wanted to ve unique different soldier types for each cultures.all the body meshes looks like same in the game.

Despite the fact that it pains me to say it I unfortunately don't like it. However it would be more accurate to say I simply don't like what it has become. For me its not a real TW title at all, just a poor shadow of one. I had high hopes for the patches and was optimistic that CA would listen to its fanbase. After todays response and Q&A from them I can now firmly say no.

Rome 2 after patch 5 is buggy , stripped to the bare bones ,Un optimized , has the worst battle Ai ever, broken sieges, Is bland looking ,boring ,has no soul , is nothing like a total war game, is Arcade crap but apart from that its great !!
I hate Rome 2 its a steaming pile ofand the last CA game I will buy.
