    The Board of Governors of the Helios is a group of those who wish to expand the Helios and maintain it's current level of quality.

    The Governors have the power to hire and sack the editor and approve the hiring of new staff.

    What exactly is going on in the Helios? Nothing's happened since KH's departure and he left on the day of a new issue, what happened to that issue and who's organising the next?
