Trouble uploading

I tried to update a few of my uploaded files but I got an error screen, so I deleted my files from the downloads section in hopes of re-uploading the new ones but now I get a message saying they are already in the database and to change the filename. They are not on the database however as these are new files with new names.

The download section script has not been working for some time and will be fixed in the site update.
